The job in one line
Get corporates and residential societies across Gurugram to host free eye screenings, then run those camps on the ground.
What HealAssist does
We run free eye screenings camps at offices and housing societies. People get their eyes tested at no cost. If someone needs treatment, we connect them to our partner eye hospitals and handle the rest — appointments, insurance paperwork, follow-up.
The camps are how people find us.
What you'll actually do
Half your month is outreach. You cold-call and walk into corporate HR departments and RWA offices, pitch a free eye camp, and get a date on the calendar. Nobody is going to introduce you. You build the list yourself.
The other half you're at the camp. You reach the venue before the optometrists, set up, make sure people are scanning the QR code and getting tested, and keep the queue moving. You are the HealAssist face there. The HR manager standing next to you knows five other HR managers the good ones walk out of a camp with the next two leads.
By month four you should be running 10 camps a month.

Month one you'll do zero camps and spend it building a pipeline. Month two, four camps. Month three, seven. That's expected.
Who this suits
You've done 2–5 years of field sales or business development in NCR. You've walked into buildings without an appointment and come out with a meeting. Ideally you already know your way around corporate HR teams, admin heads, or RWA committees.
You'll be on the road most days.
Who this doesn't suit
If you want a desk, inside sales, or a warm lead list handed to you, skip this one. There is no list. You make it.
What we care about
Honesty. Tell us a number is bad before we find out ourselves. We will never punish you for a bad month you flagged early. We will absolutely punish hiding it.
Deciding fast. The venue changes the hall at 9am. The optometrist's cab breaks down. You fix it and tell the CEO after, not before.
Not quitting on a no. Most societies say no the first time. The people who do well here go back with a different angle, twice more.
Money
₹5.0L fixed. On top of that you earn ₹20 for every verified person tested at your camps at 10 camps a month that's ₹20,000 a month, ₹2.4L a year. Conveyance is ₹3,000 a month, separate. Annual Bonus as per the performance
The incentive has no cap. More camps, more money.
