Job Summary
Ignis Careers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate, energetic, and student-focused teacher fellows to deliver engaging English and Life Skills programs in schools across Hyderabad.
As a teacher fellow, you will work directly with students, facilitating interactive learning experiences that strengthen their communication skills, confidence, critical thinking, leadership abilities, and overall personal development. The role involves conducting classroom sessions, activity-based learning programs, workshops, and assessments that prepare students for academic success and future career readiness.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about education, enjoys working with children and young adults, and is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Student Training & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions for students across assigned schools.
- Deliver English communication and life skills training programs using interactive and activity-based methodologies.
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, presentations, role-plays, and experiential learning exercises.
- Encourage active participation and create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Support students in developing confidence, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
English Language Development
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication effectiveness.
- Conduct language activities that enhance fluency and confidence in English.
- Provide individual and group feedback to support student growth.
Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Monitor student participation, engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations as required.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
Program Implementation & Coordination
- Travel to assigned schools across Hyderabad as per program schedules.
- Coordinate with school management and staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups, learning levels, and classroom environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
