A Site Engineer in a solar company is responsible for supervising the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for solar PV installation projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works at the project site.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare progress reports.
- Inspect materials and verify work quality before installation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power plants.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, including work logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
Qualification: Diploma Engineer Electrical
Experience: Min 3 yrs
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
