Job Title: Business Analyst – US Healthcare (RCM)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) who can bridge the gap between business operations and data insights. The role requires a mix of domain expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to drive process improvements and business outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across RCM functions (medical billing, AR, aging, and collections).

Perform detailed analysis of AR, AR days, aging reports, production, and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, dashboards, and actionable insights.

Work closely with operations teams to understand workflows and recommend process improvements (AS-IS / TO-BE analysis).

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

Use advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting automation.

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in US Healthcare / RCM domain.

Strong understanding of medical billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), AR days, and aging processes.

Proven ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.

Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding and visualization.

Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, macros preferred).

Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in process improvement initiatives within RCM.

Exposure to quality and performance metrics in healthcare operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
