- Deliver documents, packages, or goods efficiently and on time.
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
- Maintain delivery records, obtain necessary signatures, and report any delivery issues.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) is in good condition and follows safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding deliveries.
- Follow company protocols and customer service standards.
