Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students, generate quality leads, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
- Schedule meetings for Academic Counselors.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
