--> Job SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Representative – FMCG to drive product sales across retail outlets, kirana stores, pan‑parlours, and distribution channels in and around Chapra, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for generating orders, building relationships with shop owners and distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets for FMCG products (food, snacks, beverages, personal care, etc.).
--> Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail outlets, kirana stores, pan‑parlours, and distributors in Chapra and nearby areas daily.
--> Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for FMCG products in the territory.
--> Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and wholesalers.
--> Ensure good shelf visibility, proper display, and stock availability of company products. ---> Implement trade schemes, offers, and sampling activities as per company plan.
--> Collect market feedback, competitor data, and price trends and share with the sales team.
--> Submit daily visit reports, order sheets, and collection records in company‑specified format (app / Excel / paper).
--> Qualifications & Skills10+2 or Graduate (any discipline; B.Com / BBA preferred).
--> 2–5 years of field / retail / B2B sales experience; FMCG or food‑related background is a plus.
--> Strong Hindi + local language communication; basic English is an advantage.
--> Comfortable with daily field travel (walking and using two‑wheeler/public transport) and handling cash/POS.
--> Basic knowledge of mobile apps or Excel for reporting and record‑keeping.
