We are looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers for part-time freelance opportunities. This role is ideal for working professionals who are willing to take up design projects outside their regular working hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Mechanical Design experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Experience in 3D modeling and 2D manufacturing drawings
- Knowledge of sheet metal design, machine design, and assemblies
- Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D CAD models
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings
- Develop assemblies, BOMs, and design documentation
- Review designs for manufacturability and accuracy
- Deliver quality work within agreed timelines
