About the Role -
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Order Processing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a background in E-commerce, order processing, marketplace operations, customer coordination, or related operations. Strong and fluent English communication is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and submit customer orders with vendors through various online marketplaces and order management systems.
- Process orders accurately and within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors through emails and phone calls.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers whenever required.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Tracking, Pricing, and Operations.
- Identify order-related issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams regarding pending, delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
- Handle customer/vendor queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure smooth order processing.
- Support day-to-day E-commerce and operational activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
- Candidates with an E-commerce background will be given preference.
- Experience in Order Processing, Marketplace Operations, Back Office, Customer Coordination, Vendor Coordination, or similar roles will also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce marketplaces and order processing systems.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory — both written and verbal.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and rotational shifts.
- A stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup are required.
