Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Ambajogai project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, consultants, and client representatives.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment required for site execution.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain site documentation, including DPRs, measurement records, and material records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while minimizing material wastage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in bridge, road, highway, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
