Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Purchase Head to manage the procurement operations of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and healthcare equipment. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, inventory planning, cost control, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of medicines and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pharmacy procurement and purchasing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical vendors and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medicines and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and procurement policies.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, and finance departments.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and reports.
- Handle audits and ensure proper documentation.
