About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented IT professional with deep expertise in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Deluge scripting and possess strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS and related programming languages.
This role requires more than technical execution — we are seeking someone who understands business processes, can think strategically, and develops systems that align with operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications within:
▪Zoho Creator
▪Zoho Books
▪Zoho Campaigns
▪Zoho Workplace
▪Zoho Bigin
●Develop advanced workflows, automations, and custom functions using Deluge
scripting language
●Build and integrate APIs between Zoho applications and third-party platforms
●Customize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
●Develop external applications or portals (if required) using relevant technologies
●Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and automation
●Maintain data integrity, reporting structures, and system security
Business-Oriented Development Expectations
●Understand end-to-end business processes before implementing solutions
●Translate operational requirements into scalable system architecture
●Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
●Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance implications of system design
●Act as a technology partner — not just a task executor
●Ensure that every development aligns with long-term business strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
●Strong hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem
●Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting
●Solid understanding of:
▪HTML
▪CSS
▪PHP
▪API integrations (REST/JSON)
▪Database logic and data structuring
●Experience with automation, workflows, and system architecture
Business & Analytical Skills
●Strong understanding of business logic and workflow optimization
●Ability to analyze business problems and design efficient technical solutions
●Experience working closely with stakeholders and decision-makers
●Process-driven mindset with attention to scalability
Preferred Qualifications
●Experience implementing full business systems within Zoho
●Background in finance, operations, or process consulting is a plus
●Prior experience in ERP/CRM customization projects
●Ability to document systems and train internal teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
