We are experts in both domestic as well as commercial real estate segments. Currently, we are developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into site visits.
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales/as a BDE
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi & Bengali (basic English preferred).
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits:
