Job Summary
The Operation Manager & Audit Head is responsible for managing the overall operational activities of the NBFC while ensuring compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and statutory requirements. The role includes overseeing branch operations, conducting audits, identifying operational risks, ensuring process adherence, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and control.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all branches.
- Ensure smooth loan processing, disbursement, collection, renewal, and closure activities.
- Monitor branch productivity and operational performance.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper maintenance of records and customer documentation.
Internal Audit & Compliance
- Plan and conduct periodic branch audits and surprise inspections.
- Verify loan files, KYC documents, pledged assets, cash balances, and branch records.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, fraud risks, and control weaknesses.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure.
Risk Management
- Assess operational and financial risks across branches.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Monitor compliance with anti-fraud and risk management policies.
Team Leadership
- Supervise operations and audit teams.
- Conduct training programs on operational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance for improvement.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare operational and audit MIS reports for management.
- Present audit findings and operational performance reports.
- Analyze branch performance and recommend process improvements.
Customer Service & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor service quality and process efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / CA Inter / M.Com preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, or Financial Services.
- Experience in branch operations, internal audit, compliance, and risk management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
