Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller who is fluent in Bengali and English to engage with prospective students, follow up on inquiries, counsel candidates regarding our programs, and convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain the institution's courses, admission process, fees, and benefits.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Build rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Address queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and student support teams for a seamless enrollment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead activity and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, education counseling, or lead conversion.
- Experience in the education sector is preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Native Bengali speaker.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral and professional accent.
- Prior experience handling international student inquiries is an advantage.
- Passion for helping students make informed educational decisions.
This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong sales skills with a genuine interest in guiding students toward educational opportunities in Singapore.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
