- Equipment Preparation: Set up, sterilize, and test dialysis machines before treatments. Prepare the dialysate (the cleansing fluid used in the machine) and ensure safe operational standards. [1, 2, 3]
- Patient Preparation & Cannulation: Prep patients for procedures, which involves cleaning vascular access sites (such as an AV fistula or graft). Connect patients to the machine and initiate blood flow. [1, 2, 3]
- Monitoring & Support: Closely observe patients' vital signs before, during, and after treatments. Adjust fluid removal rates and monitor machine pressures to ensure patient safety and comfort. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Patient Education: Explain the dialysis process to patients and their families, offering guidance on fluid and dietary restrictions and at-home care
Qualification : Diploma or B.Sc in Dialysis
Experience : Minimum one Years Experience needed(Immediate Joiners Preferred)
