Full Job Description
* We are hiring qualified and dedicated Physiotherapists for our growing Home Healthcare and Nursing Services Agency. The candidate will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and patient education at patients’ homes.
* The ideal candidate should be compassionate, professional, and comfortable handling patients with orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, post-operative, and mobility-related conditions.
* This role involves traveling to patient homes and providing personalized physiotherapy treatment plans to improve patient recovery, mobility, strength, pain management, and quality of life.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Assess patient condition, mobility, muscle strength, posture, balance, and pain levels
* Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
Provide physiotherapy sessions at patient homes
* Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Treat patients with:
*Stroke rehabilitation
*Paralysis
*Post-surgical recovery
*Back pain and neck pain
*Arthritis and joint pain
*Sports injuries
*Orthopedic conditions
*Neurological disorders
*Geriatric mobility problems
Use physiotherapy techniques such as:
*Exercise therapy
*Stretching
*Strengthening exercises
*Mobility training
*Balance training
*Pain management techniques
*Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
*Educate patients and family members regarding exercises and home care.
*Maintain treatment notes and patient progress records
*Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers when required
*Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
*Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
*Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
* Registration Certificate.
Experience
2years+
Experience in home healthcare or rehabilitation preferred
Skills Required
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle elderly and bedridden patients
*Strong clinical assessment skills
*Professional and empathetic attitude
*Ability to work independently
*Time management and patient handling skills
Additional Requirements
*Must be willing to travel for home visits
*Two-wheeler preferred
*Flexible working hours
*Immediate joining preferred
