- Handle customer queries through voice and nonvoice (chat/email) channels
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Update customer information in the system
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks during night shift operations
Requirements:
- Good oral and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process changes
- Strong listening and problemsolving skills
- Willingness to work in complete night shift
- Positive attitude and team player
- Any graduate (freshers preferred)
