We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communication, and ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Well-presented, polite, and professional attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
