We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and possess strong skills in creating engaging social media content, digital marketing, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, food & beverages, events, and guest experiences.
- Edit videos and images using professional editing tools.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Create reels, short-form videos, and promotional content to increase engagement.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to promote offers, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
