Job Summary:
We are hiring Inbound Telecallers. Freshers are welcome to apply! This role involves handling incoming calls from customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Listen to customer queries and provide accurate and prompt responses
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow communication scripts and procedures provided by the company
Maintain call logs and reports as required
Meet daily call handling targets and quality standards
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with callers
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th/12th pass; Graduation preferred
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal communication skills in Language
Basic computer knowledge is required
Good listening skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
