Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and learners regarding UG/G & Diploma programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students to ensure a positive admission experience.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in admissions, education counseling, telesales, or inside sales will be an advantage.
