Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead Ohi's social media presence and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, startups, or agencies, with strong experience working with UGC creators, influencers, and creator agencies.
This is an on-site role based in Jaipur, and we are looking for someone who can join immediately.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and growth goals.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through organic content.
- Stay on top of social trends, creator trends, and platform updates.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage UGC creators and influencers.
- Build relationships with creator agencies and talent managers.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of creator-generated content.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with designers and marketing teams to create engaging reels, short-form videos, carousels, and trend-based content.
- Develop content ideas that showcase Ohi's features and user stories.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.
Community Building
- Manage social communities and engage with users.
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Collect user insights and feedback to support product and marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
- Analyze creator campaign performance and engagement data.
- Continuously optimize content and creator strategies based on insights.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Community Management.
- Prior experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or influencer marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience planning and executing creator-led campaigns.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content opportunities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
Preferred
- Experience with consumer apps, social platforms, lifestyle brands, or creator economy startups.
- Experience managing creator communities and ambassador programs.
- Basic video editing and content creation skills.
