Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end civil construction projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, estimates, and work methods.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure productivity targets.
- Manage sub-contractors, material procurement, and manpower planning.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS / progress reports.
- Handle billing, RA bills, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project handover.
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, and finishing works
- Expertise in project planning & control tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Sound understanding of contracts, tendering, and cost control
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of safety and quality management systems
- Language Requirement
- English – Mandatory
- Tamil – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred / Working knowledge
- Qualification
- DCE/B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1-6years of relevant experience in civil construction projects
- Prior experience as Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
