Grownomics is an Australian digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and automation.
We're looking for a motivated and organised Operations/General Manager to help manage our growing team and client operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, leading people and learning new technologies. You'll work closely with the Founder to help the agency operate more efficiently as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Help negotiate salaries and employment terms.
- Monitor staff performance and KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings.
- Support and motivate the team to deliver high-quality work.
Operations & Processes
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain quality standards across all client work.
Client Management
- Oversee a portfolio of client projects.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure deadlines are met and clients receive excellent service.
- Escalate and resolve issues when required.
Marketing Knowledge
A good understanding of digital marketing is important. Experience with the following is an advantage:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Lead generation
- Branding
- SEO fundamentals
- Social media marketing
AI & Technology
We're looking for someone who enjoys exploring new technology.
You should be comfortable:
- Learning and testing new AI tools.
- Recommending software that improves productivity.
- Keeping up with digital marketing and social media trends.
Creative & Project Management
Experience with any of the following is beneficial:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- CapCut, Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- ClickUp, Trello, Asana or similar project management platforms

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, operations or project management.
- Experience managing teams is preferred.
- Agency experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
