About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will guide customers by understanding their skin and hair concerns, recommending the right products, and achieving sales targets while representing the Keyos Beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare and haircare products.
- Demonstrate product usage and educate customers on routines.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or salon sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skincare, haircare, and customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹9,426.77 - ₹36,875.14 per month
