Maintenance Incharge
The Maintenance Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities related to the upkeep, repair, and smooth operation of buildings, equipment, and facility systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance and team supervision
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in facility maintenance; hospital experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Experience handling hospital equipment systems, generators, medical gas lines, and emergency systems is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting and documentation
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures
