Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Export Business Development Executive for Specialty Packaging bags and materials like PP woven bags, BOPP bags, Paper Laminated woven bags etc to drive international business growth and expand the company’s global market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying export opportunities, developing overseas client relationships, managing export sales processes, and coordinating with internal teams for successful order execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Generate export leads through online platforms, trade portals, market research, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Sales & Client Management
- Handle international customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and business contracts with overseas clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Export Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation departments for timely shipment execution.
- Ensure smooth processing of export orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Monitor shipment schedules and customer order status.
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with international clients for business development and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of export procedures and international trade.
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Experience Required
- 1–5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or export operations.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and export knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
