role & responsibility:-
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical technicians.
- Plan, schedule, and assign electrical maintenance and installation tasks.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnose electrical problems and oversee troubleshooting and repairs.
- Review electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented.
- Monitor inventory of electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and electrical codes.
- Prepare work reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and vendors.
- Train and mentor electrical staff and evaluate their performance.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and provide technical guidance.
- Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or supervision (depending on the organization).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
