Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2C travel inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel preferences and design customized international holiday packages.
- Sell holiday packages for destinations including:
- Australia
- Japan
- Europe (Schengen & UK)
- New Zealand
- Singapore & Malaysia
- Thailand
- Bali
- Dubai
- Maldives
- USA & Canada
- Other international destinations
- Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, visas, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and operations teams to ensure seamless booking and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in B2C International Travel Sales.
- Proven track record of selling customized international holiday packages.
- Strong knowledge of destinations such as Australia, Japan, Europe, and other international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and create personalized travel experiences.
- Target-oriented with strong customer service and relationship management skills.
