Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage SDRs and sales teams to achieve performance goals.
- Drive outbound sales campaigns through Email, LinkedIn, Calls, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals and partnership agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account
Management.
- Proven experience managing SDR teams and outbound sales programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with Apollo.io and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international markets and global clients
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales planning
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Telecom, or Product-based companies will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
