Sangath IAS Academy is a premium competitive exam coaching institute specializing in UPSC and MPSC preparation. We are seeking an articulate, empathetic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide aspirants and drive student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Counselling: Conduct professional one-on-one career counseling sessions with civil services aspirants and parents.
Lead Conversion: Manage the enrollment pipeline from inbound leads, seminars, and walk-ins to meet monthly admission goals.
Outreach Support: Assist in coordinating local seminars, college connect programs, and interactive workshops.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1 years or more in counselling, inside sales, or student relations within the EdTech or Test-Prep sector.
Core Advantage: UPSC/MPSC aspirants, former aspirants, or individuals with a deep understanding of the civil services exam pattern and syllabus are highly preferred.
Languages: Strong command over English, Marathi, and Hindi to communicate effectively with local parents and students.
What We Offer
Compensation: 15000-18000 INR (negotiable based on experience).
