About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience in customizing Odoo modules, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Design and implement new features using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Customize existing Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and other business applications.
- Develop reports using QWeb and customize PDF reports.
- Create and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Project Managers to deliver ERP solutions.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo customization and module development.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.
- Knowledge of Odoo ORM and MVC architecture.
- Experience in API integration (REST/JSON).
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, or 18.
- Understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience in performance optimization and deployment.
- Knowledge of Linux environments will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Odoo development.
