Team: Small team of Sales Executives / Sales Representatives reporting to the ASM
About the Role
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of our Maternity & Baby Care product portfolio across maternity hospitals and healthcare institutions.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. The ASM will be responsible not only for managing a small sales team but also for personally handling and developing key and strategically important customers, which may be located across different cities in India.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
- Preferably 5–10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical disposables, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals or hospital sales.
- Experience in selling to maternity hospitals, nursing homes or healthcare institutions will be strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing a sales team is desirable.
Compensation
Salary: ₹5,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
Additional: Performance-linked incentives / travel reimbursement / other benefits as per company policy.
