Working closely with AICTE, universities, government bodies, and leading corporate partners, we empower students through industry-aligned learning, internships, and employability initiatives.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Executive – Community Outreach & Corporate Relations to build and engage our HR Talent Community while strengthening relationships with HR leaders, corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Community Management
- Build and engage the EduSkills HR Talent Community.
- Coordinate webinars, HR conclaves, Roundtable, workshops, and networking events.
- Develop relationships with HR leaders, corporate partners, and organisation.
- Manage stakeholder communication via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track engagement metrics.
- Support industry collaborations and campus engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage).
- 0–3 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Community Management, Business Development, Event Management, Training, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and institutional engagements when required.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
