Job Title: Logistics Executive
Location: Sonale, BhiwandiReporting To: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Logistics
· Manage end-to-end tracking of all shipments, including dockets, consignments, and parcels dispatched to customers across India
· Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delays, damages, shortages, and delivery issues
· Follow up with transporters and courier agencies to ensure timely delivery and escalate critical delays when required
· Monitor and analyze Turnaround Time (TAT) to evaluate vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities
· Maintain and update serviceable pincode records, including expansion into rural and remote areas
· Verify monthly logistics invoices as per agreed commercial terms to ensure billing accuracy
· Prepare MIS reports on shipment status, delivery performance, pending issues, freight costs, and vendor performance
2. Vendor / Inward Logistics (Local Purchase)
· Coordinate with local suppliers and transporters for timely inward movement of goods to the warehouse
· Track incoming shipments and ensure smooth unloading and receipt of materials
· Communicate with vendors regarding dispatch schedules, shortages, damages, or delays
· Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for planned inward deliveries and inventory availability
Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination (preferably in e-commerce, distribution, or manufacturing environments)Strong knowledge of Basic and Advanced Excel
· Exposure to TAT monitoring, logistics MIS, and performance reporting
· Experience in handling courier partners, transporters, and 3PL vendors
· Basic understanding of freight costing, invoice verification, and commercial terms
