About the Role
PFA Global is looking for a dynamic and organised HR & People Operations Executive / Manager to build and manage our people systems as we continue to grow.
This is not a conventional HR administration role limited to attendance, leave and recruitment. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle and help build a performance-driven, structured and professional work culture.
The selected candidate will work closely with management and department heads to strengthen recruitment, employee performance, productivity, training, HR policies and employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage employee joining and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Explain company policies, roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
Performance & Productivity Management
- Assist management in developing and monitoring KRAs and KPIs.
- Track employee productivity and performance.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews.
- Follow up on pending tasks and departmental performance reports.
- Support managers in identifying performance gaps and improvement areas.
Training & Employee Development
- Identify employee training and skill-development requirements.
- Maintain a training and skill matrix.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Support employee career development and leadership development initiatives.
HR Policies, Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support the development of a professional, disciplined and positive work culture.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee feedback.
Compliance & Documentation
- Coordinate HR-related statutory and labour compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper appointment, employee and policy documentation.
- Support management in maintaining confidentiality, disciplinary and professional standards.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building systems and improving organisations, rather than only performing routine HR administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, people operations or organisational development.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, audit or similar organisations will be an added advantage.
