Job Summary
WeShine Academy is looking for a dynamic and passionate Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer to coach students preparing for campus placements, bank exams, SSC, Railways, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
- Teach shortcut methods, problem-solving techniques, and time management strategies.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students throughout their preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and aptitude trends.
- Work closely with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent aptitude skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
