- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of application server architecture and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex server and application issues efficiently.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of application servers.
- Familiarity with security configurations and compliance standards related to application servers.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
