About the Role: We are looking for a Client Success Intern to connect with clients after service completion, understand their experience, and collect feedback to improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Call clients after service completion and collect feedback.
Understand client satisfaction and address basic concerns.
Record feedback accurately in Excel/CRM.
Escalate complaints or negative feedback to the concerned team.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Skills Required: Good client experience/customer handling skills Strong, interpersonal and communication skills, Good listening skills, Comfortable making phone calls, Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility: Freshers/Students who can commit to a 6-month internship.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
