- Workforce Planning: Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs months in advance.
- Sourcing: Utilize advanced channels like Boolean searches, social media, and networking events to find passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Manage resume reviews, conduct structured phone/video screens, and administer skills tests.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from initial contact to offer.
- Offer Management: Work with HR and Compensation teams to formulate and negotiate competitive job offers.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
