About Sugar360
Sugar360, a brand of Zenvia Health Pvt. Ltd., is a connected diabetes care platform built for a country where most people with diabetes are either undiagnosed or diagnosed but poorly managed. We combine structured, doctor-led care with a connected app that keeps patients engaged between visits, not just during them, so managing the condition becomes a daily habit instead of an occasional consultation. We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up, and the app is the connected core of that care model.
About the role
We're looking for a full stack developer to take ownership of the Sugar360 app end to end, front end and backend both. The product is already built and working at MVP stage, with a working backend and live AI features. This is not a build from scratch role. You'll work directly with our Product Manager on requirements and priorities, and own how the product gets built and grown from here.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of ongoing development on Sugar360, front end and backend
- Build, stabilise, and ship features as the product matures toward full launch
- Set up clean, maintainable development practices for the codebase
- Handle user data securely and responsibly, as expected of a healthcare product
- Own the technical roadmap and make architecture and tooling calls as the product scales
- Respond to real user feedback and fix issues as they come up
What we're looking for
- Proven experience building and launching mobile apps, with published apps to show
- Good front-end experience using industry relevant frameworks, tools and languages
- Solid backend and database skills, ideally with Supabase or a similar platform, including auth and access control
- Hands-on comfort working with AI development tools as part of your workflow
- Ability to work independently, take a requirement, and build the solution yourself
- Clear communication with a non-technical team
