The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children, focusing on their early development—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster a caring and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s overall development through play-based learning
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Maintain discipline with a gentle and positive approach
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- TTC (Teacher Training Certificate) or D.Ed
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and creativity
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Basic understanding of child psychology
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
