About the Role
Brookinton Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with prospective customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's courses and services effectively.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
- Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Qualification
- Minimum: Any Degree (preferred).
- Intermediate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Salary
- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
