Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for its Transformer Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transformer sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities for transformer products.
- Build and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, industries, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and identify upcoming business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory performance reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Transformer Sales.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution products and transformer applications.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and dealer networks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
