Key Roles & Responsibilities
*Consultative Selling: Analyze buyer needs (investment vs. self-use) and pitch suitable options across various locations and builders.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on incoming leads, handle phone inquiries, and provide accurate project information.
Site Visits: Conduct and coordinate property tours for clients, showcasing layout plans and amenities.
Deal Closure: Manage price negotiations, handle client objections, and close high-ticket transactions.
B2B Coordination: Coordinate with the in-house sales teams of partner developers for smooth bookings.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales contact to secure future referrals and repeat buyers.
Key Skills Required
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate trends, pricing, and infrastructure growth.
Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills (multilingual proficiency is highly valued).
Local Mobility: High willingness to travel frequently for property site visits with clients.
*Timing:* 10:30am to 6:30pm ( Tuesday's will be week off)
Fixed Salary plus incentives
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
