Job Description:
- Providing Finacle Application Support on daily basis
- Corodinating within team for resolutions of issued in various modules
- Attend calls from branches / Operations units
- Resolving issues in various Finacle 10 x modules i.e. Retail Asset, Retail Liability, Operations, CRM, etc.
- Attend calls related to Finacle batch processes / EOD / BOD and resolving them.
- Co-ordinate with L2 teams on escalated calls
- Co-ordinate with Bank’s FCG for seeking approval for backend update as & when required
Skills Required:
- Finacle 10 x application expertise
- SQL
Certifications if any :-Educational Qualification:
BCA / MCA / B.Sc.(IT) / B.Com
