Position: New Product Development Specialist – Dairy & Non – Dairy Industry
Location: Tiruchirappalli, Full-time On-site
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and innovative New Product Development Specialist to join our team in the Dairy & Non-Dairy industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of new product development — from concept creation to successful market launch. The role requires close coordination with R&D, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams to develop high-quality, market-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new Dairy & Non-Dairy products from ideation to commercialization
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support product innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing
- Develop project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure timely execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate product trials, testing, and documentation processes
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the product portfolio
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related field
- Experience in Research & Development within Dairy or Non-Dairy food industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Dairy products, ingredients, and current market trends
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Dairy and Non-Dairy product development will be an added advantage
