Job Description
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry.
- Experience in domestic and international holiday package sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and tour packages.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
- Design and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Maintain customer database and update sales reports regularly.
- Follow up with potential clients and generate repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
