Key Responsibilities
- No Sales Target
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Assist customers with rewards, cash-back offers, and promotional queries
- Provide information regarding campaign participation and reward status.
- Support customers facing technical issues related to cash-back or gift cards or offers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
What We're Looking For
